Transform your garden into a private wellness retreat designed for year-round comfort. HomeZone Garden creates bespoke saunas, steam rooms, showers, glass rooms with fireplaces and complete relaxation spaces across Dublin and Leinster.

Garden wellness areas are designed and built by our in-house team from Greenogue Business Park, Dublin 24 for homes across Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow, Meath and surrounding areas.
As the colder months arrive, we naturally spend less time sitting outside. A bespoke wellness area allows your garden to remain part of your everyday life throughout autumn and winter. Relax in your own sauna, enjoy a steam room or spend a cosy evening beside the fireplace in a warm glass room, all without leaving home.
Many modern and new-build homes do not have a traditional fireplace. A bespoke garden glass room gives you the opportunity to enjoy the warmth, glow and atmosphere of a real fire in a comfortable space surrounded by views of your garden. It can become the perfect place for quiet mornings, relaxing evenings and time with family or friends.

Every HomeZone wellness area is individually designed around the available space, intended use and the client's preferred style. It can be a compact private sauna or a complete wellness building combining a sauna, steam room, shower, glass room and relaxation area.
HomeZone Garden manages the entire project from the first design to the final handover. Groundworks, construction, insulation, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, electrics, lighting and surrounding landscaping are completed by our own experienced team. No subcontractors and no need to coordinate several different companies.
A wellness area works well alongside our other services, from garden rooms and porcelain paving to garden lighting and fencing for added privacy.
A wellness area can combine a traditional or infrared sauna, a steam room, indoor or outdoor showers, a glass relaxation room with a fireplace, a hot tub area and comfortable seating. The exact combination depends on the space available and how you plan to use it.
Yes. Insulation, heating, ventilation and weather-tight construction are designed for Irish conditions, so a wellness area stays comfortable through autumn and winter as well as in summer.
Yes. Many projects place a sauna, steam room and shower within one building, with a relaxation area alongside them. The layout is planned so that each space works independently while sharing services such as plumbing and ventilation.
Yes. A wood burning stove or fireplace can be installed in a glass room, with the correct flue, hearth and non-combustible surrounds. This is a popular choice in modern and new-build homes that do not have a traditional fireplace indoors.
Yes. Groundworks, construction, insulation, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, electrics and lighting are all completed by our own team, so there is no need to coordinate several different companies.
Yes. The paving, planting, lighting, screening and access paths around the building are designed as part of the same project, so the wellness area feels like part of the garden rather than an addition to it.
It depends on the size, height and position of the building, along with any other structures already in the garden and the conditions attached to your property. Some garden buildings qualify as exempted development, but this should always be confirmed for the individual property before work begins.
Send us a few photos of your garden and tell us what you would love to include. Our team will help you explore what is possible for your space.
